I'm a member of the PC Party - soon to be a member of the new Conservative Party of Canada. As a young Aboriginal woman, I've been asked for my opinion on the ratification by many different people who know me and decided it was time to make my views known, given my active support and involvement in the PC Party.

I hope that by my words and actions, I can play a role in this new party both for my new friends in either party and for Aboriginal Canadians at large. The party will be in an incredible state of fluidity over the coming weeks and months. We as a party must come together and create a new voice that can hold the Liberals accountable.
