Update: Suggestions for Reform -- Take note, CPC leadership contenders
From Diane Francis via Bud: Frost Hits the Rhubarb, March 4, 04 come these suggestions for reform of our government -- to add to the ones in What is Missing -- in Emphasis, in Policy? just below. Scroll down for the ideas I posted earlier today.
Term limits, free backbencher votes, an independent investigation based on the Auditor-General's reports, and rotating the media reporters that cover the government. She thinks maybe this would end the cozy relationship between the government and the media/bureaucrats.
